Eudēa Health
Doctor-led medical, healthspan and clinical advisory care
Eudēa Health is a doctor-led health and healthspan platform offering medical services, advisory second opinions, and holistic health coaching for adults. My work brings together evidence-based medicine, lived experience, cultural understanding and whole-person care to support people to optimise their health — now and in the future.
While I work with adults of all genders, I have a particular clinical and professional focus on women’s health across the menstrual cycle and lifespan, and on providing culturally responsive care for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
My interest in healthspan medicine has been shaped by over a decade of working as a frailty doctor, where I have seen first-hand how early prevention, lifestyle factors, social context and continuity of care profoundly influence resilience, independence and quality of life as we age.
Eudēa comes from eudaimonia, meaning human flourishing. It reflects my belief that health care should be personalised, contextual and humane — not fragmented, rushed or reductionist.
Who Eudēa Health is for
I work with clients who:
- Want a deeper, more coherent understanding of their health and medical needs
- Feel unheard, rushed or unsupported within conventional systems
- Are navigating hormonal, metabolic, gynaecological or midlife transitions
- Wish to optimise long-term health and healthspan
- Value thoughtful, culturally responsive care
I also support international clients seeking clarity, reassurance and expert perspective within complex or unfamiliar healthcare systems.
How I Work
Eudēa Health offers three distinct but complementary types of support. Each has a clearly defined scope to ensure ethical, safe and transparent practice.
1. Medical Services
(UK-based patients only)
Medical services are provided via CQC-registered partner clinics, where applicable, and are delivered in accordance with UK professional and regulatory standards.
These services include:
- Clinical assessment, diagnosis and management of the full range of primary care conditions
- Women’s health services across the lifespan, including menstrual and hormonal concerns (such as PMS, PMDD, cycle irregularity, perimenopause and menopause-related health issues)
- Prescribing, medication review and optimisation, including support to reduce polypharmacy in individuals taking multiple medications
- Ongoing medical management of long-term conditions and functional health presentations, including fatigue, chronic pain and stress-related conditions
- Referrals and preparation of private medical reports, where appropriate
Where clinically appropriate, care may be informed by advanced health assessments, which can include:
- Comprehensive biomarker testing (e.g. cardiometabolic, inflammatory, hormonal, nutritional)
- Genomic and epigenetic testing to support personalised risk assessment
- Functional and systems-based testing, including gut microbiome analysis
- Cardiac screening and imaging
- Radiology investigations where indicated
These investigations are used to inform personalised, preventive and healthspan-focused care, and are interpreted within the context of an individual’s clinical history, symptoms, lifestyle and goals.
Currently, I see private patients virtually and in-person across a range of locations in London:
- London International Patient Service, Turbine 1st Floor, Turbine Hall B, Battersea Power Station, London SW11 8DD
- LSDC Healthcare, 23 Widegate St, London E1 7HP
- The London Dermatology Centre, 69 Wimpole St, London W1G 8AS
2. Medical Advisory & Second Opinion Services
(UK and international clients)
This service offers independent medical advisory support for clients seeking expert interpretation and perspective on existing health information.
It is particularly suited to individuals who want:
- A clearer understanding of a diagnosis already made
- Help interpreting test results or medical correspondence
- Support weighing up options proposed by a treating clinician
- A thoughtful second opinion to inform decision-making
This service includes:
- Review of existing medical records and investigations
- Explanation of medical information in clear, accessible language
- Support in preparing questions or decisions for your treating team
Scope clarification:
Medical advisory and second-opinion services provide education, interpretation and decision-support only. They do not include diagnosis, prescribing, medical treatment or clinical management, and they do not replace care from your local healthcare provider.
Holistic Health Coaching & Healthspan Support
Holistic health coaching supports adults to improve wellbeing and long-term health through whole-person, lifestyle-based approaches. It integrates evidence-informed health coaching with personalised, reflective support to help individuals make sustainable changes aligned with their values, culture and life context.
This includes my signature PMS coaching programme, which uses a personalised integrative health framework to manage PMS symptoms without medication.
This service focuses on:
- Lifestyle and behaviour change and mid-life transitions
- Menstrual cycle awareness and holistic support for diagnosed menstrual and hormonal disorders
- Cardiometabolic risk reduction including weight management and diabetes remission support
- Stress regulation, sleep and recovery
- Nutrition, movement and sustainable habit formation
- Healthspan and longevity-focused optimisation
- Goal-setting, reflection and accountability
Holistic health coaching is complementary to medical care and and supports individuals to make informed, sustainable changes over time to optimise long-term health and healthspan.
